Charlestowne is a 121-acre residential development consisting of 240 attached condo units, 105 cottage homes, and 186 single family residences. The project includes an overlook and one-acre linear park with a large accessible playground. This greenway connects the two-acre village green to the nearly six-acre boulevard system that serves as the overall link between neighborhood amenities. The overlook and pavilion provide users with an elevated view onto the seven-acre lake. This overlook is part of a system of median plantings, architectural way finding objects and integrated pedestrian circulation throughout the development.
