Des Peres Centre is situated on an a nine-acre site. The project consists of remodeling an existing Schnucks Shopping Center into a new retail center and restaurant area. The site includes a new fast food restaurant out building. Primary responsibilities included design and management of on-site infrastructure necessary for the development and redevelopment of the buildings along with parking amenities. Cole designed on-site water quality and detention necessary to meet LEED certification and MSD requirements.
