This project consists of the layout and design of a 252 unit apartment complex made up of 13 apartment buildings, a club house with pool, and maintenance buildings on a 19.7 acre parcel. The design included an access/circulation drive, parking layout, site grading, sanitary and storm sewer design, water system design, detention basin analysis, erosion control plan, landscaping and pedestrian trail design.
