John F. Harshbarger, PE

Vice President of Engineering

Mr. Harshbarger has 17 years experience in the field of civil engineering. Prior to joining Cole in July 2001, he was the City Engineer for the City of Blue Springs, MO. Mr. Harshbarger serves as Vice President of Engineering, and is responsible for the management of the Saint Charles office and project oversight of commercial and residential projects.

John received his BS in Civil Engineering from University of Missouri, Rolla. He is a Professional Engineer registered in the following states: Arkansas; Colorado; Hawaii; Illinois; Kansas; Missouri; Tennessee; Wisconsin
