Reading Avenue

This project involves the reconstruction of approximately 600 feet of Reading Avenue in Phase I, a local unimproved street to include pavement widening, concrete curb and gutter, sidewalks, storm sewers and street lighting. In Phase II, the design includes an approximate 1,500 linear foot section of reconstruction to include a new 27 foot wide roadway and gutter section, new sidewalks on both sides of the roadway, and an enclosed drainage system. The existing section consists of a 22 foot wide, 2-lane roadway with open ditch drainage and no sidewalks. Phase I was completed April, 2009. Cole is currently designing Phase II.
