The City of St. Louis, Board of Public Service, selected Cole to provide professional design services for this street improvement project which was funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA). The project involved enhancements to South Broadway Street from Courtois Street to Upton Street. The total estimated cost for this enhancement project is $2,000,000.00 which included design, construction, construction management, and testing. This project was designed on schedule under an aggressive design schedule due to the federal ARRA funding requirements.
