Cole was the Project Manager for a multi-story 140,000 SF storm water study and hospital expansion for the pediatric emergency center and outpatient services. Project responsibilities included management of site grading design, utility and storm sewer layout and design, stormwater detention design, utility relocations, and landscape design.
