The Talbridge Subdivision is a planned development on a 187-acre tract of land previously known as the Saint Charles Golf Course. The development includes 460 single family homes, a 63,000 SF office building, and 129,600 SF retail building. An existing 10" sewer serving 102 single family homes, 423 condo units, 143 apartment units and a 680,000 SF retail building passes through the center of the site. Sewer service is provided by approximately 29,000 lineal feet of 8" gravity sewer and two duplex pumping stations. Both pump stations were designed per MSD specification as adopted by the City of Saint Charles and include emergency generators.
