Washington University - Brauer & Green Hall

Brauer Hall is situated on a nine-acre site and is part of a three-phase development for the new state-of-the-art Engineering complex on the Danforth Campus at Washington University. Cole was responsible for the design and management of on-site infrastructure. Cole also designed on-site water quality and detention necessary to meet LEED certification and MSD requirements. Green Hall is the three-story Engineering & Applied Science Building designed to connect with the Brauer Hall. Cole is providing land surveying and civil engineering for this project. Both projects are being built with environmental sustainability in mind.
