The Wynncrest addition is a residential development consisting of a 58 single family lot subdivision on a 60-acre tract. The centerpiece feature of the development includes a series of three lakes starting at the entry of the development and continuing into the center of the subdivision. The lakes range from approximately 0.75 acres for the bottom lake to +/- 5.5 acres for the upper lake. The spillways were designed to meet storm water detention requirements and to provide aesthetic pedestrian access. A waterfall system was incorporated along the face of the upper and middle dams to interconnect the lakes.
Problem Solved.
