ADA Transition Plan for St. Louis County
St. Louis County, Missouri
Cole worked with St. Louis County Highways and Traffic on implementing ADA Public Infrastructure Transition Plan compliance. This project included the inventory of approximately 800 miles of sidewalk and the inspection of nearly 4,000 intersections, including 863 signalized intersections and approximately 15,000 curb ramps. Cole's team conducted the ADA public inventory in a more accurate and cost effective manner by utilizing ULIP (Ultra Light Inertial Profiler) technology mounted on a segway. Cole ensured that all improvements meet the strict design requirements of the Americans with Disability Act.
