Cole managed the design of 78 unit affordable housing project on 6.8 acres, including all public and private infrastructure, access to TXDOT controlled roadway, and coordination of plat and permitting approvals. Cole also provided landscape architectural services for the entire development which included five residential buildings and a clubhouse with amenity/leasing office space.
