Charlestowne is a 121-acre residential development in the City of St. Charles, located near the intersection of Boschertown Road and Fox Hill Road. The development consists of 240 attached condo units, 105 cottage homes, and 186 single-family residences.
The project includes an overlook and one-acre linear park containing a large accessible playground area connected on an internal greenway throughout the development. Serving as the overall link between neighborhood amenities, the nearly six-acre boulevard system connects the park with the two-acre village green. The overlook and pavilion provides users with an elevated view onto the seven-acre lake, and both are part of a system of median plantings, architectural way-finding objects, and integrated pedestrian circulation throughout the development.
