The team provided planning, survey, subdivision, site design, landscape design, construction staking, and construction inspection services for the 7,000 SF, stand-alone emergency room. Significant coordination was necessary to mitigate contaminated groundwater from a gas station previously located on the site. Cole pushed to complete permitting in a timely manner to keep this project on schedule.
