Cole has been providing development, design, and construction services for Mainstreet, the nation's largest developer of post-acute health care properties. We collaborate with our client's in-house development and legal teams to assist in coordinating everything from land purchase to entitlement. Working with a full design team (landscape architects, architects, and MEP engineers), Cole prepares and permits construction documents for each facility, then provided construction administration services through project completion and occupancy.
Specific site information:
Fort Collins, Colorado - We provided the following services for the two-story site: complete site design, utility coordination, entitlement, representation at public meetings, coordination with land owner's team, and development services including site investigation report, fit plans, and exhibits for purchase agreement.
Colorado Springs, Colorado - We provided complete site design and utility coordination for the 7.69-acre site, as well as entitlement and representation at public meetings. We coordinated with the land owner's team and provided development services including site investigation reports, fit plans, and exhibits for purchase agreement.
Aurora, Colorado - We provided the following for the two-story site: complete site design, utility coordination, entitlement, representation at public meetings, coordination with land owner's team, and development services including site investigation reports, fit plans, and exhibits for purchase agreement.
