Ventura at Hickory Tree

Ventura at Hickory Tree is a 216-unit, affordable housing project partially funded by the TDHCA 4% Housing Tax Credit Project. Cole executed conception engineering and landscape design, zoning, final design, platting, permitting, and construction phase services for the eight building complex. The project presented grading and drainage challenges to route the storm water to an existing adjacent park pond for detention.

Specific responsibilities included:
