This new 129,000 SF headquarters facility consists of a two-story, tilt-up office building, a one-story warehouse, vehicle storage, material storage, and maintenance building, all built on over 50 acres. Cole provided civil engineering and landscape architecture services related to overall site planning, wet utility design, dry utility coordination, site grading, stormwater management, SWPPP design, and site landscape design. The site included three permanent stormwater detention basins and five temporary sediment basins.
