Cole provided surveying, civil engineering, and landscape architecture services related to a site survey, overall site planning, wet utility design, dry utility coordination, site grading, stormwater management, SWPPP design and site landscape design. SWAN Product's increased their manufacturing and warehouse space by including an additional eighteen docks on the existing 22-acre property. This growth included two separate additions on the site of 170,000 SF and 124,000 SF. The expansion also included a 4,500 SF administrative office. The site includes a single stormwater basin addressing both water quality and volume detention requirements.
