Cole is providing Commercial Rollout Services for Panera Bread’s nationwide sites. Civil engineering services provided include complete site design, utility coordination, entitlement, representation at public meetings, coordination with land owner’s team and development services including site investigation reports and concept plans. Cole also provides surveying and landscape architecture for all sites.
