Cole is providing Commercial Rollout Services for Taco Bell sites nationwide for both corporate and franchisee restaurants. Civil engineering services include complete site design, utility coordination, entitlement, representation at public meetings, coordination with land owner's teams and development services including site investigation reports and concept plans. Cole also provides surveying and landscape architecture for all sites.
