Fountain Plaza

This 38-acre mixed-use lifestyle center consists of an 11-acre, 78-unit residential component, a fitness and recreation facility (over 110,000 SF in size), and a 40,000 SF grocery store. In addition to site work, Cole designed a public pedestrian path that encompasses the entire site and provided significant road improvements and downstream sanitary improvements. The site also includes over 2,300 lineal feet of 10ft diameter underground detention, over 1,000 lineal feet of 10ft x 9ft box culvert detention, two above ground detention basins and over 220,000 SF of retail space. This required a detailed engineering study of the existing system along with introducing the Fountain Plaza development impacts to the sewer.
