Cole provided civil engineering, planning, and landscape architecture services for a new mixed-use urban redevelopment in the heart of St. Charles, MO. The project includes a 2-mile Missouri River side channel with roughly $1 billion in total development costs. In the planning phases, the project involves inter-agency coordination with St. Charles City & County, the USACE, US Fish & Wildlife, MDNR, and MO Conservation. When completed, it will be the largest riverfront development on the Missouri River System.
