Jim Roth, PE
Associate/Vice President of Regional Operations
Possessing over 21 years of experience in the field of civil engineering, Jim is responsible for overseeing educational, institutional, commercial, recreational, and industrial land development projects. Jim has served as an expert collaborator on several multi-disciplined teams. After managing the St. Louis office for three years, Jim recently decided to take up the reins in our Phoenix office. A lifelong St. Louis resident, he moved himself and his family to Arizona in the summer of 2018.
Jim attended University of Missouri-Columbia where he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. He is a Professional Engineer, licensed in the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kansas, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina and South Carolina.
