John F. Harshbarger, PE
Vice President of Engineering
With over 24 years of experience in civil engineering, John is responsible for the management and operations of the St. Louis Regions which includes both the St. Louis and the St. Charles offices. Prior to coming to Cole in 2001, he served as the City Engineer for the City of Blue Springs, MO.
John received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from University of Missouri-Rolla. He is a Professional Engineer, licensed in the following states: Arkansas, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Kansas, Missouri, Tennessee and Wisconsin. Currently pursuing additional license in Indiana, Texas, North Carolina, New Mexico, Ohio and Minnesota.
