Lake Saint Louis Boulevard

Cole provided STP Permit preparation for this project which consisted of the pavement reconstruction of approximately 5,106 feet of concrete roadway and replacing the existing section with a two-lane boulevard. The project also includes a landscaped center median, mixed use trail, landscaped parkway and turn lanes, plus the overlay of approximately 13,651 feet of existing asphalt. This portion of the project received federal funding and required coordination with MoDOT. The endeavor included conceptual lighting location, adjacent property coordination and screening, median plantings, sidewalk design, special pavement design, collaboration with Cole's roadway engineers, Public Works, Fire District and City Arborist. All planting met stringent 'grow native' requirements.
