Liberty Logistics Center II

Cole provided civil engineering and site planning services for two new Class A industrial distribution facilities at Liberty Logistics Center II, a 73-acre industrial park: Building 1 - 223,000 SF and Building 2 - 280,000 SF. The scope of work entailed design for the two buildings occupying 26-acres and included wet and dry utility coordination, site grading design, 2,500 LF of public water main extension, storm water management with five retention basins to address the site stormwater management requirements, site road improvement design, off-site road improvements to both West Buckeye Road and 71st Ave; and a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP). The buildings incorporated sustainable design and construction elements to achieve LEED certification.
