Cole prepared a site development plan and site improvement plans for permitting approval through MSD, St. Louis County, and the City of Hazelwood. Cole also prepared improvement plans for additional parking spaces. This project consisted of 300,000 SF distribution center and loading docks and parking facilities on a 12-acre site.
