Cole provided the layout and design of the interior road circulation and parking lot expansion for the Lindenwood University administration building, football stadium, and dormitories. The design included approximately 1,800LF of a new 26' wide roadway system. Access to the existing dormitories included the replacement of an existing one lane bridge crossing Boschert Creek with a new culvert and two lane drive. The parking lot was expanded and redesigned to add approximately 180 new parking stalls and provide drop off access. The design included the hydraulic modeling of Boschert Creek and detention design meeting the City of St. Charles' requirements.
