Whether our clients are applying for competitive or non-competitive housing tax credits, we can help with pre-application site selection all the way through entitlements, design, and construction.

Our third party development feasibility reports, engineered site plans, and development cost schedules are prepared to meet all state criteria, such as TDHCA, and are presented in a manner designed to simplify the review process and reduce your chances of being challenged with regards to development requirements, contributions and costs.  The rate of tax credit awards for our clients is among the highest of engineering tax credit consultants.  We understand that the submittal schedule has zero flexibility, and we can prepare reports, surveys and construction documents in a very short time frame when necessary.
