Cole provided civil engineering and surveying services for the new Dave Mungenast Lexus dealership on Manchester Road. This 70,000 SF facility is the first Lexus new car dealership in the country that was planned and built from the ground-up, adhering to stringent LEED for New Construction (LEED-NC) Certification guidelines. The dealership opened for business in November 2009 and received LEED certification by the USGBC.
