This multi-phased community consists of 416 apartment homes as well as 100 affordable senior housing. Cole provided professional services and project management. Responsibilities included significant offsite water, sewer and drainage extensions, public roadway design, non-conventional emergency access, tree preservation and mitigation, storm water detention design, off-site signage, floodplain improvements, and FEMA map revision. The project required extensive coordination with adjacent property owners.
