River Crossing Apartments
St. Charles, Missouri
The River Crossing Apartment project consisted of the layout and design of a 252-unit apartment complex in St. Charles. The site layout included 13 apartment buildings, a club house with a pool, and maintenance buildings on a 19.7 acre parcel. The design included an access/circulation drive, parking layout, site grading, sanitary and storm sewer design, water system design, detention basin analysis, erosion control plan, and landscaping and pedestrian trail design.
The project also contained an approximately 3500’ water main extension through project site and connecting/looping existing water main systems to create increased system reliability. Cole modeled multiple system options to provide necessary service to the project site while optimizing the existing water main system by joining the separate systems together.
