The City of St. Louis Board of Public Service selected Cole to provide professional design services for this street improvement project funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA). Involving enhancements to South Broadway Street from Courtois Street to Upton Street, the total estimated cost for this enhancement project is $2 million including design, construction, construction management, and testing. Under an aggressive design schedule due to the federal ARRA funding requirements, the project was designed on schedule.
