Cole provided engineering and surveying services for this 32,600 SF Family Life Center and Chapel on a 10-acre site. The project consisted of the building, parking lot, athletic field, utility layout, significant grading design and a storm water management and water quality treatment basin. The initial project was Phase I of a multiphase project.
