Cole provided Landscape Architectural, Civil Engineering, and Land Surveying services for the Streets of St. Charles project, a distinctive 1.4 million square foot mixed-use community with retail, dining, entertainment, hospitality, residential, and offices components. The project is comprised of a town square environment, unique in the market, with all the latest amenities for shopping, sophisticated living, modern offices, casual and elegant dining, and entertaining. The project encompasses various streetscapes including Towncenter Drive with on-street parking as well as over 100 surface parking stalls nearby. Cole is currently working through lighting, layout and landscape additional streetscapes and a 275-stall parking lot.
