An existing 10" sewer passes through the center of the site, serving 102 single family homes, 423 condo units, 143 apartment units and a 680,000 SF retail building. Sewer service is provided by approximately 29,000 lineal feet of 8" gravity sewer and two duplex pumping stations. Designed per MSD specification as adopted by the City of Saint Charles, both pump stations also include emergency generators.
