Cole was responsible for the design development and construction documentation for the approximately 1.6 acre site from both a civil engineering and landscape architectural perspective. This project included a designed lake with fountain, two shelters, a free standing restroom facility, ADA accessible pedestrian connections to the existing Lake St. Louis City Hall facility, pedestrian level lighting and the 5,000 square foot Compass Rose Plaza commemorating the 11 major conflicts our country has engaged in to date.
