Wynncrest

Situated on a 60-acre tract, the Wynncrest addition is a residential development consisting of a 58 single-family lot subdivision. The centerpiece feature of the development includes a series of three lakes starting at the entry of the development and continuing into the center of the subdivision. The lakes range from approximately 0.75 acres for the bottom lake to +/- 5.5 acres for the upper lake. Designed to meet storm water detention requirements, the spillways also provide aesthetic pedestrian access. To interconnect the lakes, Cole incorporated a waterfall system along the face of the upper and middle dams.
